Who we are

The Legacy Clay Classic is an annual sporting clays event presented by Civil Solutions Associates, Inc.. When we say “we” or “us,” we mean the event and its organizers. This policy covers this website and the registration, sponsorship, and waiver tools on it.

What we collect

• Registration details:your name, email, phone, company, and (for teams) your team name and each shooter's name and email.
• Payment details:card payments are processed by Square. We don't see or store your full card number; we receive a confirmation and the amount paid.
• Waivers: the name you type, your signature, and the date, time, and IP address when you sign, so the signed waiver is verifiable.
• Sponsorship inquiries: your company, contact details, and anything you tell us in the form.
• Site usage: standard analytics like the pages you view, your device type, and general location, so we can understand and improve the site.

How we use it

• Process your registration or sponsorship and take payment.
• Send confirmations, receipts, and event details.
• Send each shooter their waiver to sign, and email signed copies to you and to us.
• Run the event, answer your questions, and keep you posted on event updates.
• Understand site usage and improve the experience.

Payments

Payments are handled by Square. Your card information is collected and processed by Square under its own privacy practices, not stored by us. We recommend reviewing Square's privacy policy for how it handles payment data.

How we share information

We don't sell your information. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the event:

• Square, to process payments.
• Sonor (Uptrade Media), the platform that powers this site, registrations, email, and analytics.
• Email delivery providers, to send the confirmations and waivers described above.

Every dollar raised above event costs goes to a cause chosen by that year's honoree. We share funds, not your personal information, with that organization. We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This site uses analytics to understand how it's used. You can control or clear cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect how some parts of the site work.

How long we keep it

We keep registration, payment, and waiver records for as long as we need them to run the event, keep accurate records, and meet legal or accounting obligations, then dispose of them securely.

Age

The Legacy Clay Classicis an event for adults. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No website or method of transmission is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll change the “last updated” date above.
