Agreement

By registering, sponsoring, or using this site, you agree to these terms. The Legacy Clay Classic is presented by Civil Solutions Associates, Inc.. If you're registering on behalf of a team or company, you're agreeing on their behalf.

Registration and entries

• Entries and pricing are shown on the registration page. Your spot is confirmed once payment is received and we send your confirmation by email.
• Every shooter must be 21 or older and bring their own 12- or 20-gauge shotgun. Ammunition is available on site.
• Spots are limited, and we may close registration once the event is full.

Payment

Payments are processed securely by Square at the time you register or sponsor. We don't store your card details.

Refunds and cancellations

Registrations and sponsorships are non-refundable, and the event runs rain or shine. If you can't make it, you're welcome to transfer your spot to someone else before the event by contacting us. If we have to cancel the event entirely, we'll be in touch about next steps.

Waivers

Every shooter signs the event waiver before participating. After you register, each shooter receives a link by email to read and e-sign the waiver. No signed waiver, no shooting.

Sponsorships

• Sponsor benefits are as described for each tier. To make the most of them, please send your logo and any materials promptly after you sign up.
• Named-element sponsorships are exclusive to one sponsor each. We confirm availability with you before invoicing.
• Complimentary entries included with a sponsorship are redeemed with the code we provide and are subject to the same participation rules as paid entries.

Conduct and safety

Sporting clays is a firearms activity. You agree to follow all range rules and the instructions of range officers and event staff at all times. For everyone's safety, we may remove anyone acting unsafely or against instructions, without a refund.

Assumption of risk and liability

Participation involves firearms and inherent risks, and you take part at your own risk. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Civil Solutions Associates, Inc., the event organizers, the host venue, and the sponsors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from your participation or attendance. This is in addition to, and does not replace, the waiver each shooter signs.

Photography and media

We may photograph and record the event. By attending, you agree that we may use those images and recordings to promote the Legacy Clay Classic and future events.

Intellectual property

The content, logos, and marks on this site belong to the Legacy Clay Classic, Civil Solutions Associates, Inc., or the respective sponsors and owners. Please don't reuse them without permission.

Changes to the event

We may need to change the date, venue, or format of the event, for example due to weather. If we do, we'll notify registrants. The event is scheduled for Thursday, August 27, 2026 at Sycamore Sporting Clays.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, where the event is held, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
